Ashland Hot Yoga offers many different types of yoga to meet the variety of goals and needs our students bring to their mats. Whether you are looking for a challenge, to unwind, or to simply take some time for yourself, this is a great place to be. Offering 4-6 classes daily, you’ll find a class that works for you!

Hot Power Flow

Our most popular class! Hot Power Flow is an uplifting and energized class designed to cultivate an awareness of breath while moving fluidly through dynamic, rhythmic asanas. This class will help you develop strength, balance, & flexibility. Enjoy the uniqueness of each teacher and dynamic postures they bring to their class!
Come sweat, detoxify, and deepen the connection to your inner and outer strength!
ALL LEVELS WELCOME! TAKE THIS CLASS TO THE NEXT LEVEL OR TAKE THE MODIFICATIONS OFFERED! THIS TYPE OF FLOW IS A GREAT PRACTICE FOR BEGINNERS OF ALL AGES AND PHYSICAL CONDITION, AS WELL AS FOR ADVANCED STUDENTS. SOME TEACHERS KEEP THIS CLASS MORE UPBEAT WHILE SOME PLAY SOFT MUSIC.

Sunrise Flow

Start your day on the right foot with our Sunrise Flow Yoga class. This class is perfect to wake up and tune into the body, starting your day grounded and centered with intention. 

This hour long class focuses on gentle stretches, body awareness, releasing tension as well as gaining strength and flexibility.
Leave feeling stretched, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.

Hatha Soul Flow

Hatha Soul Flow ✨ invites you to connect your body, breath, and spirit on your mat through an alignment-based slow flow paired with guided meditation and breathwork by the fire.
This intentional flow offers space for us to mindfully focus on alignment and stability through holding various postures, incorporating strengthening exercises, and gently flowing through Sun or Moon Salutations. With guided breathwork, energywork, and meditation, we’ll integrate our practice on a deeper level to support the embodiment of our healthiest and highest Self.
This class is the perfect balance to tone and stretch your body while easing your mind to feel holistically aligned in your heart and Soul. ✨

Flow + Restore

This class includes gentle stretching and restorative postures. Focus on your breath as you go through a gentle flow that leads into juicy restorative postures that help the body + mind relax and surrender. This restorative class will leave you feeling refreshed and connected with your inner-self as you leave the outside world behind. Relax, Un-Wind, and Restore with us.
THIS CLASS IS GREAT FOR ANYONE RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY, OR FOR ANYONE WHO JUST NEEDS TO RELAX THEIR MINDS WHILE GIVING THEIR BODIES A LITTLE BIT OF GENTLE MOVEMENT AND LOVE. SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS. THIS CLASS IS PERFECT IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER OR IF YOU ARE NOT USED TO THE HEAT! ALL LEVELS

Hot 26

Hot 26 is a class created for total body health, done in a room heated to 95+ degrees. This sequence is part of a larger series of postures in the Bishnu Gosh lineage. Hot 26 works to increase strength and flexibility in joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles, and bones, while also providing a cardiovascular workout. The spine and pelvis are targeted areas in all postures.
EVERY HOT 26 CLASS OFFERS THE SAME POSTURES EVERY TIME. WITNESS THE IMPROVEMENT IN YOUR STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY EVERY TIME YOU TAKE THIS CLASS.
THIS CLASS IS APPROPRIATE FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, BODY TYPES, AND LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING THOSE WITH INJURIES WHO ARE LOOKING TO HEAL THE BODY.

Hot 26 Express

Hot 26 Express is the 60 minute version of the 90 minute Hot 26 class. In this class, each posture will be done at least one time. This class is great if you are short on time or if you are interested in the Hot 26 series but do not want to do the full 90 minute class. You will still reap the benefits of this series!

Hot 26 Silent

Hot 26 Silent is a silent version of the 90 minute Hot 26 class. The Hot 26 Silent class is recommended for those who have experience with the 26 series. This class is not recommended for those who have never taken a Hot 26 class before.
THIS CLASS WILL OFFER LITTLE TO NO INSTRUCTION.
Feel yourselves move together in harmony. Many describe this class as dancing together in beautiful unison. Feel yourself connect deeper with each posture as you let your inner-knowing take over.

Yin Yoga

THIS CLASS IS A PERFECT INTRODUCTION TO THE HEAT IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER!
his is a still and chill practice with an emphasis on applying moderate stress to stretch the connective tissue, bones, tendons, fascia, and ligaments. Yin uses mindful muscle relaxation to challenge the body to surrender and the mind to open and relax. While some poses are challenging, this style is accessible to all levels and bodies. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes allowing the connective tissue to release improving circulation, flexibility, and clearing the meridian channels. Yin, at it’s deepest, quietest, stillest moments, is a mental and emotional practice. This is the perfect balance to our fast-paced culture as it switches the nervous stem from fight or flight to rest and repair, deeply conditioning and nurturing our adrenals and other organs. If it’s difficult for you to destress, sit still, or meditate, this practice is for you!

Yin & Sound Healing

Yin uses mindful muscle relaxation to challenge the body to surrender and the mind to open and relax. While some poses are challenging, this style is accessible to all levels and bodies. Most poses are done on the floor and held for 3-5 minutes allowing the connective tissue to release improving circulation, flexibility, and clearing the meridian channels.
Self love is the basis of all transformations, frequency is how our souls evolve. This class is designed to create a union between body, mind, and spirit. Through restorative practices and harmonic sound waves, you can open yourself to a new vibration of being.

Primal Flow

With all the current overwhelm of life, air quality conditions, Viruses & such. Primal flow is an hour long class offering, grounding meditation, touching in with our lungs & their resilient capacity.
Light weights will be incorporated into this practice for building bone density & offering a toning quality to your musculature. We will also add moments of breathe practice to hone your mind body connection. Lastly, this practice will offer short cardio bursts, upping your metabolism & starting your day with an endorphin release, allowing you to be your best you, for all you do in our community. All set to music that will ride you through the practice with inspiration.

Flow + Sculpt

Flow & Sculpt is the perfect blend of mind and body! This class incorporates light weights, cardio, and classic yoga postures, providing a full body workout and the many mental benefits of yoga. By the end of practice, you’ll feel the strength in your body, mind, and soul!

Yoga HIIT

Join YOGA HIIT for a blend of yoga poses incorporated with high intensity interval training for an upbeat, energetic, sweaty, and effective workout!

This strength-building class will incorporate light weights and interval training to maximize physical strengthening and achieve noticeable results from your time on the mat. 

We’ll sweat together to fun & upbeat jams while we flow through a low-impact yet high-intensity vinyasa style workout. 

Interval training incorporates bursts of intense movement with short periods of rest to effectively build muscle and feel the power in your practice.
Come prepared to flow, sweat, feel the burn, and most of all... to have some fun!
